This document provides an evaluation of the government plan of candidate Gustavo Bolívar, titled “Pacto por el futuro de Bogot@” (“Pact for Bogotá’s Future”). Through a quantitative and qualitative characterization, the plan is analyzed in key areas of education, including coverage, school infrastructure, teachers and school administrators, financing, early childhood, and education for work and development. Finally, some fundamental points are presented that every candidate should include in their government plan in terms of quality, access, coverage and retention, early childhood, and infrastructure.
