This document provides an evaluation of the government plan of candidate Juvenal Díaz Mateus, titled “Total Security.” Through a quantitative and qualitative analysis, the plan is examined in key areas of education, including coverage, school infrastructure, teachers and school administrators, funding, early childhood education, and education for work and development. Finally, it presents some fundamental points that every candidate should include in their government plan, focusing on quality, access, coverage and retention, early childhood education, and infrastructure.
