This document provides an evaluation of the government plan of the candidate Juliana Enciso Montes, titled “Together we can and will.” Through a quantitative and qualitative characterization, the plan is analyzed in key areas of education, including coverage, school infrastructure, teachers and school leaders, financing, early childhood, and education for work and development. Finally, some fundamental points are presented that every candidate should include in their government plan regarding quality, access, coverage and retention, early childhood, and infrastructure.
